UPDATE - November 30, 2020 - City Hall will remain closed to the public as long as Yamhill County is deemed to be in the "Extreme" risk category as outlined by the Governor's new COVID guidelines. As a result of this closure, we need to change how pickup of library holds will work. Home delivery is suspended until further notice. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
City Hall will remain closed, but we will place holds outside for pickup during specific hours:
Monday: 9AM - 11AM
Tuesday: 2PM - 4PM
Wednesday: 9AM -11AM
Thursday: 2PM - 4PM
Once you have placed your hold on the Chemeketa Cooperative Regional Library Service site, fill out the form below to select your preferred pickup day at City Hall. You may receive an email from CCRLS letting you know that you have an item on hold available to be picked up. This notice just means that we have received the item and that it is checked in. Items not be ready for pickup until you select a day of the week via this form and receive an email confirmation from our library that you have a pickup order available.
Items will be available outside of the window next to the front door of City Hall. City staff will monitor the items and the area is also under camera surveillance. Items will be placed in waterproof packaging and will be marked with patron's last names.
